The competition brought together some of the most promising technology companies in the claims ecosystem, with finalists selected through a competitive qualification process before presenting live to a panel of senior claims leaders and decision-makers from across the UK insurance market. Nolana was selected as one of five finalists from more than 30 entrants and was recognised as the runner-up following the live final held in London.

Nolana’s platform uses agentic AI to automate complex insurance operations while maintaining human oversight. The company is focused on helping insurers improve customer service, reduce operational workloads, accelerate claims handling, and increase efficiency across the claims lifecycle.
