LONDON, UK - July 2025 – Nolana completed a successful Proof of Concept (PoC) with Zurich Insurance to automate First Notice of Loss (FNOL) workflows for travel insurance.

Zurich Insurance Group is one of the world’s largest public insurance companies, serving individuals and businesses in more than 200 countries and territories. This strategic engagement focused on deploying Nolana’s specialized, insurance-specific context layer to capture and process initial claim data seamlessly right at the start of the claims lifecycle.

Successfully executing this proof of concept provided an invaluable technical validation of our multi-agent architecture with a Tier-1 global carrier, proving that our non-invasive platform can handle sensitive, real-world data to streamline operational capacity and eliminate manual administrative friction.
